About DR.DAY

I’m Dr. Quonekuia Day, Teacher, Minister, and Author of the I TESTIFY series. My life’s work is for the woman who is wounded, weary, and fighting to keep believing.

Pray for a Sistah was born out of broken places seasons of heartbreak, silence, and spiritual struggle where I didn’t know how I would make it through. I know what it is to carry pain behind a smile, to feel overlooked, to wonder if God still sees you.

But I’ve learned this: God meets us in the deepest parts of our story. Healing doesn’t come from pretending. It comes when we bring the real wounds into His presence and let Him redeem what tried to destroy us.

This space is for the sister who is tired of being strong, the believer who feels empty, the woman who needs peace more than another performance.
